SEPTEMBER 2019 – CLICKSOFTWARE BUYOUT
CULMINATION OF MY DREAMS FOR CLICK.
2019 – my faith has been vindicated! In 2015, ClickSoftware went private with private equity firm Francisco Partners acquiring the company for $450 million. Now the acquisition of Click by Salesforce values it at $1.35 billion! Compliments to FP for the excellent job they did managing Click’s people and operations. I have great respect for Salesforce’s remarkable accomplishments. I am very glad that they are the new home for my baby.
